The whole technique which I am going to show you is based upon using U-torrent.It's going to be simple and easy.You just need to download U-torrent program for it.
Just copy one of the link and paste it as URL.Press "ENTER" and the link will be opened.
You can download the torrent files from the torrent websites.I will definitely give u the reference torrent websites.

3)Now on search area.Write the name of ur file whether it is movie,game,audio or evevn video.Like am going to search "Van helsing" movie.
4)Now in the below links.Choose ur favourite movie format.Like I mean to say whether choose as :

movie-name-DVD.RIP
NOTE:
Now while downloading , please choose that file which is having the most seeders and less leechers.On my recomendation I would say choose the file whose having a great difference between seeders and leechers.There shall be more seeders.So that the torrent could provide more speed.

The people which have downloaded. People which are still downloading.
5)Now after you have selected the file click on its link.
So, another link would be opened which would like as this :
Now before downloading check whether the torrent works or not.To check it out just click on people comments or just check the "FAKE" or "NOT FAKE" bar.
6)Now when the page has been opened , click on [Download torrent] button.
7)Now another window will pop up asking you to perform the required action.In simple words it will ask you to download the movie.Just click "OK".
8)A new pop up will appear asking you to download or no.Just click "OK" for that.
It will almost take 30-60 seconds and after that downloading will start.
